
Banana Donuts
Air fryer banana donuts with a cinnamon sugar coating. Prep time 10 minutes, cook time 12 minutes, additional time 5 minutes, total time 27 minutes.

Ingredients
| 1 1/4 cups | 300 ml | all-purpose flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | salt |
| 1 stick | unsalted butter | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | granulated sugar |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | pure vanilla extract |
| 2 | ripe large bananas | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | sour cream |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | granulated sugar (cinnamon sugar coating) |
| 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | melted unsalted butter |
Instructions
Donuts:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Once combined, add in the eggs, vanilla, bananas, and sour cream; mix well.
- Spray your pan with cooking spray, and then pour your batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 the way full.
- Set the pan into the Air Fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool slightly while you melt the butter, and mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Dip the donut into the melted butter and then into the ground cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
