
Barbeque Chicken
Air-fryer barbeque chicken pieces seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic, then brushed with barbeque sauce.

Ingredients
| 1 whole | whole chicken (4 pound), cut into thigh, leg, and breast pieces | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5 ml | salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5 ml | smoked paprika |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5 ml | garlic powder |
| 1 1/2 cups | 360 ml | barbeque sauce |

- Coat chicken pieces in salt, paprika, and garlic powder and place skin-side down in CrispLid fryer basket, working in batches as needed.
- Set CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker and set fryer basket on top of trivet.
- Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 375°F (190°C) and cook until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and brush all over with barbeque sauce.
- Wipe chicken fat out of fryer basket to prevent excess smoking.
- Return chicken to fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a thigh reads 165°F (75°C), about 3 minutes. Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
Mealthy Tip: Make sure your barbeque sauce is gluten-free by checking the label, if you are on a strict gluten-free diet. Many of the brands are gluten-free, but there are some that are not.
