Cajun Wings

Air-fryer chicken wings seasoned with Cajun spice, tossed in melted butter and Worcestershire sauce, and finished with fresh parsley.

Ingredients

2 pounds905 gchicken wings
1 tablespoon15 mlCajun seasoning
1 teaspoon5 mlkosher salt
3 tablespoons45 mlunsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons10 mlWorcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons30 mlchopped fresh parsley

  1. Place CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 375°F (190°C) to preheat. Spray the fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. Working in batches, place seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the greased fryer basket and place basket in the inner steel pot of pressure cooker.
  4. Cook wings for 15 minutes; flip wings and continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
  5. Increase heat to 450°F (200°C) and cook for 2 minutes; flip and cook for another 2 minutes. A thermometer inserted near the bone should read at least 165°F (75°C). Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
  6. Toss wings, butter, and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl to coat wings.
  7. Sprinkle parsley over wings to serve.

Mealthy Tip: Use fresh cilantro or sliced green onion instead of parsley for a different flavor!
