
Garlic Buffalo Wings
Air-fryer chicken wings seasoned with salt and garlic powder, then tossed in Buffalo wing sauce.

| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | garlic powder |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | Buffalo wing sauce |

- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and grease the basket with cooking spray.
- Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season with salt and garlic powder.
- Working in batches, place seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes.
- Increase heat to 450°F (230°C) and cook until wings are crisp, about 4 minutes more. A thermometer inserted near the bone should read at least 165°F (75°C).
- Toss wings and Buffalo sauce together in a large bowl until wings are coated.
Mealthy Tip: If you are serious about following a gluten-free diet, read the label on the Buffalo wing sauce to ensure there isn't anything with gluten in it!
