
Tandoori Fish Tikka
Yogurt-and-spice marinated white fish with bell pepper and onion, air-fried in a Mealthy CrispLid. Ready in 28 min (prep 20 min, cook 8 min).
Ingredients

| 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | dried fenugreek |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5 ml | garam masala |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | ground cumin |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | Kashmiri red chile powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | turmeric |
| 1 pound | 455 g | white fish (such as sole), cut into 1½-inch pieces |
| 1 | red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces | |
| 1 | onion, cut into 1-inch pieces and separated |
Instructions
Marinade: ¼ cup Greek-style yogurt; 2 tablespoons canola oil; 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste (or ½-inch piece ginger and 4 cloves garlic); 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 teaspoons dried coriander; 2 teaspoons dried fenugreek; 1½ teaspoons garam masala; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chile powder; 1 teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon turmeric. Tikka ingredients: 1 pound white fish (such as sole), cut into 1½-inch pieces; 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces; 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces and separated.
- Mix yogurt, canola oil, garlic-ginger paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, fenugreek, garam masala, cumin, red chile powder, salt, and turmeric together in a bowl until marinade is smooth. Add fish, bell pepper, and onion and stir until evenly coated.
- Set CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker and set fryer basket on top of trivet. Arrange marinated fish, bell pepper, and onion in a single layer onto the fryer basket, working in batches as needed.
- Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 400°F (200°C) and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes. Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
Mealthy Tip: Substitute tofu for the fish for a vegetarian version!
