Apricot Jam (Bread Machine)
A simple apricot jam made on the bread machine's Jam programme with jelling sugar.
Ingredients
| 1 part | chopped apricots |
| 1 part | jelling sugar |
| 1 packet | citric acid |
Instructions
1:1 chopped fruit and jelling sugar, I stirred and left it about an hour for the sugar to soften a little. I cooked it on the Jam programme, after it finished I added one packet of citric acid and sealed. I turned the hot jars upside down to cool. I did not sterilise them.
