Aromatic Bread with Walnuts and Blueberries
An aromatic bread rich in nuts and healthy fruit, made in the bread machine with the extra-ingredient program.

Ingredients
| 1/2 чаша | warm water |
| 1/2 чаша | warm milk |
| 1 | beaten egg |
| 40 г | butter |
| 1 супена лъжица | powdered milk |
| 1/3 чаша | sugar |
| 1 супена лъжица | grated orange zest |
| 3 и 1/2 чаши | flour |
| 1 пакетче | dry yeast |
| 1/3 чаша | dried blueberries or raisins |
| 1/3 чаша | chopped walnuts |
Instructions
For 1 kg of bread.
Preparation: Place all the dry ingredients into the container of the bread machine. Make a small well and gradually add the egg and the liquid ingredients. Start the bread machine on a bread program, choosing the one with the additional adding of ingredients.
When the machine gives a signal to add ingredients, you can put in the nuts and the blueberries. The final result is an aromatic bread, rich in nuts and healthy fruit. If desired, you can dust the bread with powdered sugar before serving.
