Bacon, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Spinach Stuffed Waffle

| 2/3 cup | 160 ml | Homestyle Belgian Waffle Batter |
| 3 slice | cooked bacon | |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, julienne cut |
| to taste | fresh baby spinach leaves |
Instructions
Enjoy a waffle filled with the robust flavors of bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach for a satisfying meal.
- Preheat waffle maker. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray. Ladle about 1/3 cup batter into waffle maker, spreading batter so the bottom grids and waffle divider are thinly but completely covered.
- Arrange bacon slices onto waffle batter, breaking as needed to leave a slim margin around the edge.
- Arrange sun-dried tomatoes and a single layer of spinach leaves over the top of the bacon.
- Spread additional batter over filling until it reaches the top of the square projections on the waffle tongs. Close waffle maker and flip.
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer stuffed waffle to a plate.

- Leftover waffle batter can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
