
Baked orange chicken meatballs
Kelly's note: If you can't find ground chicken at your local supermarket, feel free to use ground turkey, which is often easier to find.

| 35 | breadcrumbs |
| 680 g | ground chicken |
| 2 | cloves garlic |

Instructions
Make the meatballs: Heat the oven to 260. Spray baking paper or a mini-muffin tin with fat. In a small bowl stir together the milk and the breadcrumbs and let stand for 5 minutes. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, garlic, ginger, spring onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper and the soaked breadcrumbs. Mix well and shape the meatballs. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. While they bake, prepare the sauce. Make the sauce: Put the sesame oil and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes until golden. Add the pepper puree, the orange marmalade and the hoisin sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Put the meatballs in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
