Baked Potatoes with Cream and Ham

Prep 20. Cook 40. Total 60. Serves 4-6.

1. Peel and slice the potatoes, place them in a greased tray and toss lightly with the ham cut into pieces beforehand.
2. Season with salt, black and white pepper, a little oregano and sprinkle with chopped leek.
3. Drizzle a little more oil on top and add a little warm water.
4. Whip the sour cream beforehand and pour it over the dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven, covered with foil.
6. Then remove the foil and finish baking until nicely browned.
