Balsamic Smoked Raspberry Pork Chops

Ingredients

| 1 cup | 240 ml | Finely chopped pecans |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | Japanese - panko breadcrumbs |
| .25 cup | 60 ml | 2% milk |
| .25 cup | 60 ml | All-purpose flour |
| 4 | Smoked bone-in pork chops | |
| .33 cup | 79 ml | Balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbsp. | 30 ml | Seedless raspberry jam |
| 2 tbsp. | 30 ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 tbsp. | 15 ml | Frozen orange juice concentrate - thawed |
Instructions
Preparation Technique:
- Set the Air Fryer at 400° Fahrenheit. Spritz the basket with cooking oil spray.
- Whisk the milk and eggs in one dish and combine the pecans and breadcrumbs in another.
- Prepare in batches. Dip in the flour, shaking off the excess. Dip them into the egg mix.
- Prepare in single layers in the fryer 12-15 minutes, turning about halfway through the cooking cycle.
- Combine the rest of the fixings in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes until thickened. Serve over the chops.
