Banana Cream

Ingredients

| 500 ml | liquid cream |
| 100 g | sugar |
| 1/2 | lemon |
| — | raisins |
| 30 g | liquid chocolate |
| 50 ml | rum |
Instructions
Whip the cream and sugar. Then add the sliced bananas. Beat until you get a smooth mixture. Add the lemon juice. Stir again and place in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with raisins that have been soaked in advance in rum, and with liquid chocolate.
