Banana Ice Cream
Homemade banana ice cream made from smooth banana puree with milk, yogurt and cream.
Ingredients
| 6 pcs | bananas |
| 300 ml | fresh milk |
| 100 g | strained yogurt |
| 200 ml | whipping cream |
| 5 ml | vanilla essence (2 ampoules) |
| 100-120 g | sugar |
Instructions
- To the previously smoothly pureed bananas add the fresh milk and yogurt, the sugar and the vanilla. Whisk very well until homogeneous and, if desired, add just a tiny bit of harmless yellow food coloring to give the ice cream a more appetizing look.
- Whip the liquid cream until thick and mix it with the rest of the mixture.
- If you have an ice-cream machine, put the mixture in it for 30 minutes. If not, put the container with the mixture in the freezer and after about 30-40 minutes take it out and whisk it again.
- Return it to the freezer until it starts to freeze. Then take it out again and whisk it well.
- All that remains is to return the homemade banana ice cream to freeze for a few (hours).
