Banana Mousse
A light layered banana mousse with quark, yogurt and whipped egg whites, set with gelatin and garnished with kiwi.

Ingredients
| 3 pcs | bananas |
| 1 pc | kiwi (for garnish) |
| 220 g | quark (curd cheese) |
| 3 | egg whites |
| 200 g | yogurt |
| 1 packet | gelatin |
| — | sugar |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 2 pinches | cinnamon |
Instructions
- Puree the bananas into a thick, smooth puree.
- Dissolve the gelatin for 20 minutes in a little water. Then whisk it into a bowl with the yogurt and quark, add sugar, and leave this mixture to set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the pureed bananas together with 2 pinches of cinnamon. Then gently combine the egg whites and bananas with the other mixture.
- In dessert glasses, start alternating a layer of mousse with a layer of banana, finishing by decorating the cream with slices of kiwi.
