Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cup | 360 ml | strawberries |
| 1 | large banana | |
| 2 cups | 480 ml | pineapple juice |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | oats |
| 2 | brazil nuts (or 4 almonds) | |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | cardamom or cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | dried stinging nettle |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | maca powder |

- Transfer all of the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes:
- The strawberries and/or the banana can be frozen.
- You can also use other kinds of red berries.
- The smoothie will be a lot tastier if the banana is very ripe.
- If you don't have pineapple juice, use orange juice (and maybe a teaspoon of maple syrup).
