Ingredients
| 1 can | Refrigerated biscuits | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | Blueberry pie filling |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5 ml | Cinnamon |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Melted butter |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of blueberry pie filling in the center.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each biscuit ball in the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
- Place the coated biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
