Blueberry and White Chocolate Pizzelle S'more

Ingredients
| 8 ounces | 225 g | white chocolate |
| — | blueberry jam | |
| 1 package | marshmallows |
Instructions
- Put two pieces of white chocolate on top of the first cookie to make the S'mores.
- For the marshmallows, just heat the oven to 425°F. Spray cooking spray on an 8x8 baking dish and line it with marshmallows. Put them in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown.
- When the marshmallow is hot and browned, carefully move it to the cookie with the white chocolate using a small spatula. Top with blueberry jam and stack another cookie to make a cookie sandwich. Enjoy!
