| 1 tsp | 5 ml | onion powder |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | maple syrup |
| 0.5 tsp | 2.5 ml | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | Italian seasoning blend |
| 0.5 cup | 120 ml | tomato paste |

Instructions
- Breakfast Cheeseburger Cups (Ready in about 30 minutes | Servings 6)

- Spritz a silicone muffin pan with non-stick cooking oil.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning blend, tomato paste, and Dijon mustard with your hands.
- Scrape the beef mixture into the silicone muffin pan.
- Place a steamer rack inside the inner pot; add 1/2 cup of water. Lower the muffin pan onto the rack.
- Secure the lid. Choose the "Manual" mode and cook for 20 minutes at High pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid.
- Top with cheese; allow the cheese to melt and serve warm.
(Note: the maple syrup is used to season the beef mixture along with the other seasonings.)
