Ingredients

2bananas, quartered and frozen (SunButter smoothie)
3/4 cup180 mlcoconut, oat or almond milk (SunButter smoothie)
1/4 cup60 mlraw oatmeal (SunButter smoothie)
1/4 cup60 mlfull-fat Greek yogurt (SunButter smoothie)
2 tbsp30 mlSunButter No Sugar Added (SunButter smoothie)
2 tbsp30 mlwhey protein (SunButter smoothie)
3-4ice cubes, optional (SunButter smoothie)
1banana, quartered and frozen (raspberry smoothie)
1/2 cup120 mlcoconut, oat or almond milk (raspberry smoothie)
1 cup240 mlfrozen raspberries (raspberry smoothie)
2 tbsp30 mlwhey protein (raspberry smoothie)
2-3ice cubes, optional (raspberry smoothie)

Instructions

SunButter Banana Smoothie and Raspberry Smoothie (layered).

  1. Start by making the SunButter smoothie. Add all SunButter smoothie ingredients into a blender, and process until very smooth. Thin with additional milk, if desired, but keep in mind that the smoothie needs to be fairly thick to layer.
  2. Add the SunButter smoothie to a large container. Put the SunButter smoothie in the freezer while you rinse out the blender and prepare to make the raspberry smoothie.
  3. Add all the raspberry smoothie ingredients to the blender, and process until very smooth.
  4. Layer the SunButter and raspberry smoothies into several layers, split between 3 glasses.
  5. Top smoothies with additional SunButter, fruit, chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, or granola, if desired.

Notes: *The smoothies do not need to be layered. Feel free to add all ingredients into the blender together. **Smoothies need to be fairly thick in order to make layers. Use a spoon between each layer to "smooth" over the top before pouring the next layer on.
