Instructions
Measures: 1 cup = 240 ml; 1 tsp = 5 ml; 1 tbsp = 15 ml.
- Place the first 7 ingredients in the bread machine and select the dough program.
- 10 minutes before the kneading cycle ends, add the yellow cheese.
- After the program finishes, take the risen dough out of the machine basket and divide it into 56 parts (first divide the dough into 4, then each piece into another 4, and the resulting ones into another 4) and shape small balls.
- Mix the butter, savory (chubritsa) and parsley in a small bowl.
- Grease a round baking form about 22 cm in size.
- Roll each ball of dough in the butter and spice mixture and arrange the balls in the pan in two rows, placing the second row of balls between those of the first, not directly on top of each other.
- Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 45-60 minutes or until doubled in volume.
- Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the form immediately and leave for about 30 minutes on a rack.
