Butter Cookies with Jam
Sandwich butter cookies filled with jam and dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
| 150 г | cow's butter |
| 250 г | flour |
| 2 жълтъка | eggs (yolks) |
| 100 г | sugar |
| 2 пакетчета | vanilla |
| 150 г | jam (of choice) |
| 100 г | powdered sugar |
Instructions
- Cut the cow's butter into small pieces in a plastic bowl. Add the sifted flour, 2 packets of vanilla, the sugar and the 2 egg yolks. Knead a buttery dough, which is rolled out into a sheet half a centimeter thick.
- Cut out the cookies with the help of cutters and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. After baking, sandwich them 2 by 2 with jam.
- If desired, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
