
Cajun Salmon
Salmon fillets coated with cooking spray and Cajun seasoning, then air-fried until the fish flakes easily.

| 4 teaspoons | 20 ml | Cajun seasoning |

Instructions

- Rinse and dry salmon fillets with a clean towel. Coat fillets generously on both sides with cooking spray; season with Cajun seasoning.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the CrispLid fryer basket.
- Set the CrispLid trivet in the inner steel pot of the pressure cooker and set the fryer basket on top of the trivet.
- Set the CrispLid on top of the inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 375°F (190°C) and cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes. Lift the lid using the handle and set it on the silicone mat.
Mealthy Tip: Many Cajun seasoning blends include salt, so check yours before adding salt to the salmon.
