
Cheese Snow Balls
Little cheese balls made from grated cheese and cream cheese, rolled in colourful coatings such as chives, red peppers, herbs, nuts or dried fruit, perfect as a festive appetizer.

Instructions
They are delicious made either from white cheese (sirene) or from yellow cheese (kashkaval.) Grate the cheese/kashkaval and in a bowl mix it with the cream cheese/Philadelphia and a few tablespoons of creme fraiche/sour cream. Knead well so that you get a medium-firm dough. Season with ground white pepper. Form small balls and roll them in different coatings: finely chopped chives or red peppers, and you can also use fresh parsley, dill or chopped nuts. They are also delicious with finely chopped dried fruit - apricots, raisins.
