"Cheesecake" Ice Cream
A creamy ice cream flavoured with cream cheese and raspberry, churned in an ice cream machine.
Ingredients
| 90 г | cream cheese (softened at room temperature) |
| 1 ч.ч. | sugar |
| 1 ч.ч. | pureed and strained raspberries |
| 1 ч.ч. | whipped cream |
| 1 ч.ч. чаша | whole milk |
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir the cream cheese until it fully softens and becomes a paste. Add the sugar, raspberries, whipped cream and milk and stir the mixture until it becomes homogeneous. Then pour it into the ice cream machine and process it according to the instructions the manufacturer has provided.
