Ingredients
| 18 | chicken wings, cut into halves | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | turmeric |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | cumin, ground |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | ginger, grated |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | coriander, ground |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | paprika |
| A pinch | cayenne pepper | |
| — | Salt and black pepper to the taste | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | olive oil |
| 1/2 | lime (juice of, for the sauce) | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | mint leaves (for the sauce) |
| 1 | small ginger piece, chopped (for the sauce) | |
| 3/4 cup | 180 ml | cilantro (for the sauce) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | olive oil (for the sauce) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15 ml | water (for the sauce) |

| 1 | Serrano pepper (for the sauce) |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon ginger with cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, cayenne and 2 tablespoons oil and stir well.
- Add chicken wings pieces to this mix, toss to coat well and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Add marinated wings to your Slow cooker, cook on High for 4 hours and transfer to a bowl.
- In your blender, mix mint with cilantro, 1 small ginger pieces, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, water and Serrano pepper and blend very well.
- Serve your chicken wings with this sauce on the side.
