| 1 tsp | 5 ml | vanilla |
| ⅛ tsp | 0.6 ml | salt |
| 50 g | chocolate chips (optional) |

A rich cocoa twist on the classic, for dessert lovers!
Cooking Time: 30 minutes. Calories: ~320 kcal per waffle. Makes 4 waffles.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Preheat and lightly grease waffle iron.
- Pour batter and cook for 4–5 minutes until crisp on the outside.
- Serve with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or raspberries.
Tips: Add a pinch of espresso powder to deepen the chocolate flavor. Use dark chocolate chips for a more intense taste.
