Chocolate Bread (Bread Machine)
A sweet cinnamon-scented loaf studded with broken baking chocolate, made in the bread machine.
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | water |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | milk |
| 1 | egg | |
| 3 cups | 720 ml | flour |
| 5 tbsp | 75 ml | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml | salt |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml | dry yeast |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | soft butter |
| 3/4 cup | 180 ml | broken baking chocolate (dark can also be used) |
Instructions
Preparation: First add the water and the milk to the bread machine container. Then add the sugar, salt, butter, the sifted flour, the yeast and the remaining ingredients. Stir carefully and select the exact baking programme.
