Chocolate Chip Bites
Instant Pot chocolate chip bites made from Martha White chocolate chip muffin mix in an egg bite mold.

Ingredients
| 1 package | Martha White chocolate chip muffin mix | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | milk |
| — | non-stick butter spray (for mold) | |
| 1 cup | 240 ml | water (for pot) |
Instructions
- Mix the Martha White mix according to the package, which only calls for 1/2 cup of milk.
- Lightly spray the egg bite mold with non-stick butter spray.
- Fill each mold accordingly. The entire mix will fit in the mold.
- Add one cup of water to the pot.
- Set the mold on the trivet and lower it down into the pot.
- Set on High Pressure Manual for 12 minutes. Quick release.
- Set to cool for a few minutes. Pop out of the mold and enjoy!
