| ¼ cup | 60 ml | Chocolate chips (optional) |
Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk mochiko, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and butter in a separate bowl.
- Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
