Chocolate Mug Cake in the Microwave
Cake in a cup.
Ingredients
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | all-purpose flour |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | cocoa |
| pinch | salt | |
| 1/4 tsp | 1.3 ml | baking powder |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | fresh milk |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | oil |
| — | vanilla | |
| 3 tsp | 15 ml | chocolate chips |
Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder together.
- Add the milk, oil and vanilla. Stir.
- Add the chocolate chips. Stir again.
- Place in the microwave for 90 seconds.
