Chocolate Pizzelle

Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | cocoa powder |
| 1½ cup | 360 ml | all-purpose flour |
| 2/3 cup | 160 ml | superfine white sugar (castor sugar) |
| 3 | eggs | |
| pinch | salt | |
| for dusting | powdered sugar, for dusting | |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | light olive oil or other light tasting oil |

- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for how to heat up and oil or grease the pizzelle iron.
- Lightly whisk the eggs, sugar, and light olive oil in a medium-sized bowl until well combined.
- Add the plain all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the egg mixture using a sieve. Make sure to mix the dry and wet ingredients well.
- Cook the pizzelle batter on your pizzelle iron according to the instructions. When the hissing stops, it's time to check if the chocolate pizzelle is done.
- Place it on a wire rack and let it cool. Do not put it on top of each other. Add powdered sugar on top if you like.
- Keep it in a container lined with baking paper that will not let air in.
