Chocolate Soil
A crumbly chocolate 'soil' decoration made with maltodextrin — the more you add, the drier it gets.
Ingredients
| 50 g | dark chocolate 71% |
| 50 g | maltodextrin |
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate, add the maltodextrin and rub together by hand into crumbs, as with a shortcrust (butter) dough.
