Chocolate Waffle Wafers
Airy chocolate waffle wafers with ground almonds and grated chocolate.
Ingredients
| 3 | eggs |
| 50 гр | sugar |

| 30 гр | ground almonds |

| — | whipped cream or ice cream (for filling) |
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the sugar. To check whether they are the right consistency, cut the surface with a knife — the mark should remain visible.
- Stir in the sifted flour spoon by spoon, followed by the almonds and the chocolate.
Filling: whipped cream or ice cream.
