Instructions
Cilantro, also known as coriander or Chinese parsley, is yet another nutrition powerhouse. It is packed with Vitamins A, B-6, C, E and K as well as the minerals calcium, iron, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, niacin, riboflavin and zinc.
According to Rudolph Ballentine, author of Diet and Nutrition, the key to weight loss is to consume foods that are naturally high in vitamins and minerals but relatively low in calories. Cilantro is just the right fit. This wonder herb is also known to encourage proper digestion and movement of the bowel.
