Cranberry Fusion
A theatrical smoked cocktail of pine-infused vodka, soda and cranberry, served over crushed ice with cherry-wood smoke.
Ingredients
| 2 oz | 57 g | pine-infused vodka, chilled |
| 4 oz | 115 g | soda water, chilled |
| ¼ oz | 7.1 g | cranberry juice |
| 2 | pine sprigs | |
| 8 | fresh cranberries | |
| — | crushed ice | |
| — | cherry wood chips |
Instructions
- Fill a small bowl or plate with crushed ice.
- Place a cocktail ball (sphere) in the middle of the ice and remove the top.
- Add 2 pine sprigs and 8 fresh cranberries.
- Pour the chilled pine-infused vodka into the ornament.
- Top with the chilled soda water.
- Finish with the cranberry juice.
- Insert the smoking gun hose and smoke the cocktail, then let the smoke immerse the drink for a minute or two. Cherry wood chips are recommended.
- Serve with a straw.
