Crispy Bacon Maple Brie
A baked brie wrapped in puff pastry, topped with maple-glazed bacon and pecans, air crisped in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp.
Ingredients
| 8 oz | 225 g | Brie |
| 1 | puff pastry shell | |
| 6 slice | cooked bacon | |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | maple syrup |
| 0.25 cup | 60 ml | chopped pecans |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | water |
Instructions
- Mix together bacon and maple syrup.
- Roll out pastry shell and place brie on top of it.
- Add half of the bacon and maple syrup on top of the brie.
- Fold edges of pastry shell over the brie.
- Mix together egg and water.
- Brush over the top of the pastry shell.
- Place in the basket shelf in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp.
- Set the Instant Pot on Air Crisp at 350°F.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the top is brown.
- Remove and serve.
