1 чаша (200 ml)powdered sugar (version 1)
1egg (version 1)
1/2 cs.baking powder (version 1)
1 cs.vanilla (version 1)
3 чашиflour (version 1)

2eggs (version 2 / 'Or')
100 gneutral butter (version 2)

100 гcorn starch (version 2)
lemon zest (version 2)
1 щипкаsalt (version 2)
280 грамаflour (version 2)
lemon curd + coconut (version 2 filling/garnish)
melted milk chocolate + a little crushed pistachio (version 2)

Instructions

Version 1 The dough ingredients are kneaded and formed into small dumplings. Place a baking tray lined with parchment paper; press the tip of a citrus juicer into the center of the balls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until light golden.

Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath (double boiler) and first dip the cookies in this chocolate and then turn them in coconut.

The milk chocolate is also melted and 1-1 drops are added to the middle of the cookies using a teaspoon.

Version 2 ("Or") Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a container, work the eggs, sugar, salt and butter until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the starch, mix again, then add the flour gradually, until you get a dough that is neither soft nor hard. The dough should not stick to your hand, but do not dry it out too much with flour, to avoid very dry cookies. Make a large sausage and cut into 22 parts, roll them and place them on the tray. Using a citrus press, lightly floured if it sticks, hollow out the cookies in the center, pressing the top of the utensil. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven and let cool, garnished with lemon sauce or chocolate.
