Da Vine Intervention Wine Cocktail
A refreshing wine cocktail of gin, Lillet Rouge, house-made grenadine, and lemon topped with Lambrusco wine.
Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | 50 g | Plymouth gin |
| 0.25 oz | 7.1 g | Lillet Rouge |
| 0.5 oz | 14 g | house-made grenadine |
| 0.25 oz | 7.1 g | lemon juice |
| — | Lambrusco wine |
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients together. Add Lambrusco wine and mix. Serve over ice in a stemmed glass.
