Fuji Sushi Sauce
Fuji sauce for sushi.
Ingredients
| 4 tbsp | 60 ml | mayonnaise |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | mustard |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | eel sauce (unagi no tare / kabayaki sauce) |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | honey |
Instructions
Fuji sauce for sushi.
- Combine 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tablespoon of eel sauce (also known as unagi no tare or kabayaki sauce) and 1 tbsp of honey.
- Mix well and serve with sushi.
