Garlic Pork Chops
Pork loin (or leg) chops studded with garlic slivers, marinated in red wine and grill spices, then baked with soy sauce and pressed garlic.

Ingredients
| 12 | pork chops from the loin (or leg) |
| 100 ml | red wine |
| 100 ml | water |
| 50 ml | light soy sauce |
| — | grill spices to taste (cumin, black pepper, marjoram, oregano, hot red pepper) |
| 20-30 ml | olive oil (or vegetable oil) |
| to taste | salt |
| 6-7 heads | garlic |
Instructions
- Lightly pound the pork chops. Cut garlic cloves into pieces and insert 3-4 of them into the edge of the meat.
- Season the meat with salt and the remaining spices, place it in a bowl and pour over the red wine. Cover the bowl with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Then arrange the chops in a baking tray, pour over the wine from the marinade, the soy sauce and the olive oil together with a little water. Press the remaining garlic heads and distribute evenly over the pork chops. Season again with a little salt and spices, cover with foil and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Bake the meat for the first half hour at maximum heat, then for about an hour and a bit at 150 degrees.
- When you remove the foil the meat should be lightly browned. If not, leave it uncovered to finish baking.
