Instructions
This recipe is one of the first smoothies I ever consumed back when I started my first ever smoothie diet. Though I was fond of eating veggies, I know not all of you are. This is a good start if you want a good 'ol vegetable smoothie.
Spinach is always a good place to start with a vegetable smoothie. Apart from its soft texture and mild flavor, it is considered to be one of the most nutritious foods in the world. Packed full of iron, calcium, fiber, and plenty of vitamins and minerals, a spinach-based smoothie will do nothing but good for both your health and your weight.
- Combine all ingredients in the Vitamix and blend until smooth. (No specific method provided in source.)
