Green With Envy â Long
A long, tropical cocktail combining blue Curaçao, rum, melon liqueur, pineapple and lime juice for a complex, fruity flavour.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 oz | 43 g | Bols Blue Curaçao |
| 1 1/2 oz | 43 g | Mount Gay white rum |
| 2 oz | 57 g | Midori Melon Liqueur |
| 2 oz | 57 g | lime juice |
| 3 oz | 85 g | pineapple juice |
Instructions
- Pour blue Curaçao in the bottom of a Hurricane glass.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add rum, melon liqueur, and lime juice.
- Shake.
- Pour into the Hurricane glass over the blue Curaçao.
- Add pineapple juice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
