
Grilled Asian Garlic Steak Skewers
Top sirloin cubes marinated in a garlicky soy-sesame sauce, threaded with peppers and red onion, and grilled over direct high heat.

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb | 680 g | top sirloin steak |
| 2/3 cup | 160 ml | soy sauce |
| 6 | garlic cloves, minced | |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | sesame oil |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | 15 ml | grated ginger |
| 2 Tbsp | 30 ml | sesame seeds |
| 1 | red onion | |
| 1 | green bell pepper | |
| 1 | yellow bell pepper | |
| 1 | red bell pepper | |

Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1" cubes.
- Whisk soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, ginger and sesame seeds. Add the steak and toss to coat. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 375°F/190°C). Thread the meat, red onion and peppers onto skewers.
- Grill over direct heat 8–10 minutes, rotating every 2–3 minutes, until browned and done to your liking. Garnish with green onions.
