⏱️ Prep: 15 min🍳 Cook: 15 min

Ingredients

4ripe yellow bananas
1 cup240 mlmini marshmallows
1/2 cup120 mlchocolate chips
1/2 cup120 mlpeanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. In the peel, slice each banana lengthwise, being careful not to slice all the way through. Pry open the sliced pocket and stuff with 1/4 of the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Top with 1/4 of the marshmallows. Repeat with the remaining 3 bananas.
  2. Light one chimney 2/3 full of charcoal. When all the charcoal is lit and covered with gray ash, pour out and arrange the coals on one side of the charcoal grate. Set the cooking grate in place, cover, and preheat 5 minutes. Clean and oil the grate.
  3. Place the bananas on the cool side of the grill, cover, and cook until the bananas have completely softened and the peels have blackened, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the grill, let cool for 5 minutes, then eat with a spoon.
