Grilled Fish with Walnut Sauce
Grilled white fish served warm with a garlicky walnut sauce and a garnish of boiled potatoes topped with melted butter and parsley.

Ingredients
| 1 kg | white fish | |
| 3 tbsp | 45 ml | vegetable oil |
| 60 g | walnuts | |
| 40 g | garlic | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | vinegar |
| 20 g | hot peppers | |
| 20 g | parsley | |
| 12 g | salt | |
| 2 g | black pepper |
Instructions
- Clean the fish, gutting and washing it, then cut it into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
- Season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper and grill on a moderately heated grill. Sprinkle the cooked fish with finely chopped parsley.
- To make the sauce, first grind the walnuts. Crush the garlic with salt, then add black pepper, finely chopped parsley, vinegar, the hot peppers and the rest of the vegetable oil.
- Scald the mixture with a cup of hot water, add the crushed walnuts and stir.
- Serve the fish warm, topped with the prepared walnut sauce, with a garnish of boiled potatoes topped with melted butter and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
