
Grilled Honey Dijon Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Lean pork tenderloin brushed with a honey-Dijon garlic glaze and grilled just to a juicy 145°F.

Ingredients
| 2 lb | 905 g | pork tenderloin |
| — | salt and pepper | |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | honey |
| 3 | garlic cloves, minced | |
| — | fresh parsley, for garnish |
Instructions
- Trim the fat from the pork tenderloin and season with salt and pepper. (If a whitish-gray silver skin remains, pull it off with a small knife.)
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey and garlic. Brush half of the sauce onto the pork.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) with a soft pink inside.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the pork, garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
