Grinch Cocktail Recipe
A festive green Christmas cocktail with cherry vodka, blue curacao, coconut rum, Midori and pineapple juice, rimmed with green sanding sugar.
Ingredients
| 1/2 ounce | 14 g | cherry vodka |
| 1/2 ounce | 14 g | blue curacao |
| 1/2 ounce | 14 g | coconut rum |
| 1/2 ounce | 14 g | Midori |
| 5 ounces | 140 g | pineapple juice |
| 1 splash | ginger ale | |
| — | simple syrup | |
| — | green sanding sugar |
Instructions
Add simple syrup to a plate and set to the side. Add green sanding sugar to a plate and set to the side. Roll rim of the glasses in the simple syrup then into the green sanding sugar. Set glasses to the side. Add ice to the glass. In a cocktail shaker add your liquors and pineapple juice. Pour your mix into your glass. Top off with a splash of ginger ale.
