Instructions
Hello cooks. Lately the bread in the shops has stopped appealing to me. I looked around on YouTube and came across a great recipe for no-knead bread. A great bread turned out, so I am sharing the recipe with you. Into 440 ml of warm water pour 1 packet of dry yeast and a small pinch of flour and stir. Into 600 g of flour put 1.5 tsp salt and, before adding the yeast, stir it again, and with a whisk or spoon stir so that a sticky dough forms. Let it proof for 1 hour. Pour the proofed dough onto a floured surface and do not knead it, but only lightly roll the dough and shape it into a ball. Preheat a pot with a lid beforehand. Place the dough into the heated pot, cover it and bake for 35 min at 200 degrees.
