Homemade Corn Bread with Sour Cream
A bread-machine corn bread enriched with sour cream, egg and butter.
Ingredients

| 3/4 ч.ч. | sour cream |
| 3 с.л. | butter |
| 1 1/2 с.л. | sugar |
| 3/4 ч.л. | salt |
| 7/8 ч.ч. | corn flour |
| 2 1/4 ч.ч. | flour (all-purpose or bread or white) |
| 2 1/4 ч.л. | active dry yeast |
Instructions
Put all the products into the machine in the order specified by the manufacturer. Then select a white or plain bread program and a medium-toasted crust (if this option is available).
