Ingredients
| — | Zehrin or other fat |
| 200 ml | water |
| 200 ml | fresh milk |
| 1 small measuring spoon (~2 g) | salt |
| 1 large measuring spoon (~5 g) | sugar |
| 400 g | white sifted flour |
| 100 g | rye flour |
| 70 g | bran |
| 30 g | oat flakes |
| — | linseed or other (optional) |

Instructions
Zehrin or another fat, by eye onto the paddles. 200 ml water and 200 ml fresh milk, mix them and warm them a little. Using the measuring spoons of the bread machine – one small one filled to the top with salt and one large one filled to the top with sugar. I think that comes to 2 and 5 grams. Flour – 600 g total: 400 g white sifted 100 g rye 70 g bran 30 g oat flakes You can also add linseed or something else. Finally I add one packet of dry yeast. On the wholemeal bread program.
Another variant is 550 g white flour and 50 g bran.
